UK delivery
UK postage is included in our collection prices. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail UK Small Parcels 48hr Tracked. We aim to dispatch within 48 hours.
International delivery
International parcels are sent by Royal Mail International Tracked. Available destinations and postage charges are shown at checkout.
Any import duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility unless the checkout expressly states that they are included.
Cancellation and returns
For most online purchases, you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order without giving a reason. Email info@viviquegifts.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You then have another 14 days to return the items.
Unless an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning it. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop; any deduction for diminished value will only be made where permitted by law.
We will refund the item price and the standard outbound delivery cost, where applicable, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact info@viviquegifts.com as soon as possible with your order number. Clear photographs of the items and outer packaging are helpful for damage in transit. Your statutory rights are not affected.
