How do I choose my gift box?
Choose a collection, select your preferred colour or style, and decide whether to add the optional extra. We bring the individual contents together for you.
Can I choose the individual items?
Each collection is a predefined bundle. The product page explains the types of items included, while the exact designs may vary with our inventory. You can leave a preference when adding a box to your basket; we’ll do our best, subject to availability.
Can I request more than one colour?
Yes. Choose your main colour and add your preferred combination in the optional preferences field. We’ll do our best to create your combination, subject to availability.
What is the optional extra?
For an additional £14.95, you can add extra stationery items to any of our three collections. Choose the extra using the box option on the product page.
Is UK delivery included?
Yes. UK postage is included in the collection price. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail UK Small Parcels 48hr Tracked and we aim to dispatch within 48 hours.
Will my box look exactly like the photograph?
Our photographs provide colour inspiration. No two bundles are exactly alike because our inventory changes.
Can I leave a review?
Yes. Product reviews are available on each collection page. Please only share a review after receiving your order.
Do you deliver internationally?
International delivery is planned for selected destinations. Rates will be added before international checkout opens.
