Our collections

Vivique Gifts sells curated stationery gift boxes. Product photographs show the relevant colour palette and style. As we work with rotating stock, the precise designs and decorative details can vary, but the collection will include the stated type of items and remain true to its selected colour or style.

Small parts may present a choking hazard. Keep all collections out of reach of young children.

Prices and ordering

All prices are shown in pounds sterling. Vivique Gifts is not VAT registered. UK delivery is included unless the checkout says otherwise. The total price and any applicable delivery charge will be shown before an order is placed.

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. Once payment is confirmed, the website sends an email acknowledging receipt of your order. This acknowledgement does not constitute acceptance of your order. We accept your order when we dispatch it and send a dispatch confirmation email. If we cannot accept an order, we will let you know and promptly refund any payment already taken.

Delivery

UK parcels are sent using Royal Mail UK Small Parcels 48hr Tracked. We aim to dispatch within 48 hours, although delivery times are estimates and can be affected by Royal Mail or circumstances outside our control.

International delivery is offered only to destinations shown at checkout. International parcels are sent using Royal Mail International Tracked. Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs charges unless the checkout expressly states that they are included.

Cancellation and returns

For most online purchases, customers may cancel within 14 days of receiving their order without giving a reason. To exercise this right, they should email info@viviquegifts.com with their order number and a clear statement that they wish to cancel. They then have another 14 days to return the items.

Unless an item is faulty, incorrect or not as described, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning it, provided we informed them of this before purchase. We will provide return instructions and the returns address when the cancellation is received. Customers may inspect goods as they would in a shop; any deduction for diminished value will only be made where permitted by law.

We will refund the item price and the standard outbound delivery cost, where applicable, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence that they have been sent back, using the original payment method unless agreed otherwise.

Nothing in these terms affects a customer’s statutory rights. If an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, customers should contact us at info@viviquegifts.com as soon as possible with their order number and photographs where helpful.

Optional preferences

Customers may give colour combinations or other preferences when ordering. These are requests only; we will do our best to accommodate them, subject to availability, and cannot guarantee individual items.

Customers may add one optional handwritten gift message per order. We will reproduce the submitted wording on a note included with the parcel, subject to reasonable space and content limits shown at checkout.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or a customer’s statutory rights in relation to goods.

Subject to the above, we are not liable for losses that are not reasonably foreseeable or for business losses suffered by consumers.

Privacy

How we use personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when an order is placed will apply to that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Customers may bring a claim in the courts of the part of the UK in which they live.
